By authorizing Oura Health Agent ("the Application") to access your Oura account, you agree to these terms. This Application is a private, personal-use integration and is not intended for public distribution.
The Application retrieves daily health summary scores (readiness, sleep, activity) from the Oura API and makes them available to local AI agents for personal fitness tracking and recovery analysis. The Application runs on a private, self-hosted server.
This Application is intended for use solely by its owner and operator. It is not a publicly available service. Access is restricted to authorized users configured by the server administrator.
All data retrieved from the Oura API is stored locally on the owner's private server. No data is transmitted to external services, sold, or shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
OAuth2 credentials (access tokens, refresh tokens) are stored securely on the server filesystem. The Application owner is responsible for maintaining the security of the server environment.
You may revoke the Application's access to your Oura data at any time by visiting your Oura account settings and removing the application authorization. Upon revocation, the Application will no longer be able to retrieve new data, though previously downloaded summary scores will remain on the server until manually deleted.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Health data from Oura is used for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
These terms may be updated at any time. As a private application, changes are managed by the owner/operator.
